 All the classes on this page are included in your Memberships..

There is class for all fitness levels and ages.  Plus each class will offer different levels of intensity.  So don't let your fear "of not keeping up" hold you back from trying a class.   


Zumba Fitness 

is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.


Butt and Gut

 A circuit class that uses weights and stations to firm and tighten the abs and butt.  This class can be very easily modified to what ever level you need.  So it can be very hard using heavy weights or as easy as using no weights at all.  



Circuit 

Also known as HITT, High Intensity Interval Training. This is a non stop circuit weight training class that burns the maximum calories in a minimum amount of time.  The class uses  high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.  Each class is an all body workout. 


BODY BLAST 

A short and sweet workout, the 45 minute workout will get your heart rate up while strengthening your upper body, lower body, and core-all without the use of equipment.  The workout is ever changing so there is no boredom or monotony.  anyone and everyone can do this.  The class consists of 18 stations, including 2 rest.  You are at each station for 40 seconds.  In this 40 seconds and in that time you complete as man y of the station exercises as you can.  


Cardio Kick Boxing-

is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is non-contact.   Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class.  A Fun Therapeutic way to get your sweat on.  


YOGA

  Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. 


Silver Groove
A 30 minute dance aerobic class that helps elder adults sweat have fun and get their groove on.  The movements are grounded with no jumping to be kinder to the joints. 
   

Silver Circuit

A 30 minute fitness weight class that is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity. The class is a total body work out and each spot is 40 minutes long.


Tone

Who wants to get tone, lose weight, and feel fantastic?!   Thursday mornings at 5 am to lift weights, create lean muscle, get some cardio in there, and get it all done first thing in the morning.  You will love the feeling of achieving your fitness goals first thing in the morning and feel amazing for the rest of the day.  Let’s do this together! 

 

Pilotes 

is for every level of fitness.  It is a class meant to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility.  Pilates emphasizes use of the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs.


Fireman's Workout

This class is functional cardio conditioning that is geared toward improving strength and endurance.  It is not exclusive to fireman but is given the name because it focuses on exercises that help with the physical demands of the job.
